The Eduard von Hallberger Institute (EHI) was founded in 2000. It is an educational institution that offers language classes, various preparatory and advanced training courses, and school exchange programs.

 

At the language center and in the various preparatory courses, we prepare foreign applicants linguistically and technically for a subsequent university course or for a subsequent professional training or professional activity in Germany. In contrast to normal language institutions, we attach great importance to targeted training in our courses.

This means that during the preparation time with us at the EHI, in addition to general language skills (DaF levels A1 to C1), the participants also acquire specialist language and technical skills that are essential for their later studies or professional practice in Germany. Depending on the orientation, this includes the subjects of mathematics, physics, chemistry, the basics of computer science, business and economics and English, but also artistic subjects in preparation for studying at a music college or in the fine arts.
