TestDaF Intensive Training at EHI

The TestDaF (Final exam for German as a foreign language) is comprised of four examination fields:

  • Reading Comprehension
  • Listening Comprehension
  • Written Expression and
  • Oral Expression

Foreign university or college applicants are required to prove at least the level TN 4 in order to study in Germany. This corresponds to the C1 level according to the Common European Framework (CEF).

EHI offers TestDaF-intensive-training courses to give applicants the opportunity to reach the level as soon as possible. In these courses important vocabulary and language structures for the TestDaF- tasks are practiced. These include "Describing of Graphs", "Arguing and Weighing" , Formulating Assumptions and Forecasts" or "Enquire Information" and "Give Information".

A multimedia language laboratory with 15 computer workplaces is available for an intensive training of the Listening Comprehension and the Oral Expression.

Through a wealth of exercises and sample tests in all four examination parts the participants gain the certainty they need for later examination.
